LICENSE AGREEMENT

This document is a LEGAL AGREEMENT between YOU (also referred to as the "BUYER"
or the "LICENSEE") and WILLIAM UNDERWOOD (also referred to as the "SELLER" or
the "LICENSOR"). This AGREEMENT grants you a LICENSE to use this product in
certain ways. It is your responsibility to read and understand this LICENSE.

WILLIAM UNDERWOOD is the LICENSOR of this product. This product is offered
exclusively based on the terms of use described in this document. General
Terms of Use of the BUYER are hereby rejected and will not apply to any
purchase from WILLIAM UNDERWOOD. Any deviations from the SELLER’s terms of
use will only be binding if the SELLER acknowledges them and confirms those
deviations in writing.

WILLIAM UNDERWOOD, the author of this work, retains all copyrights and other
intellectual property rights to the enclosed materials. The LICENSEE is not
purchasing the contents of the archive ("CONTENT"), nor the archive itself.
The CONTENT is an electronic data archive of files.  This CONTENT may be used
to create still or live motion images using software products such as Poser,
distributed by Curious Labs, or DAZ Studio, distributed by DAZ, Inc., or other
similar software products sold by other vendors. The LICENSEE is only
purchasing a LICENSE to use this CONTENT as a part of the overall process of
producing artwork. The LICENSEE may not redistribute THE CONTENT, nor the
encapsulating archive file, in whole or in part. The LICENSEE may not store
THE CONTENT any place on a network or on the Internet where it may be
referenced by a third party. The LICENSEE acquires the copyright to derivative
works created using THE CONTENT provided that none of the original materials
can be extracted from the derivative work by any means. If WILLIAM UNDERWOOD
can show that any of the original material can be extracted from the
LICENSEE's derivative work, WILLIAM UNDERWOOD can demand both the original and
derivative work, and all copies thereof be deleted. For example, the LICENSEE
cannot make an image of a texture map mapped to a flat plane, such that the
original texture map can be cut & pasted from the image. Note that this
restriction is made in order to protect WILLIAM UNDERWOOD's intellectual
property rights. This restriction is not meant to infringe upon the artistic
endeavors of the LICENSEE. In the event the LICENSEE is not satisfied with the
product, a refund may be issued.  Issuing refunds is at the sole discretion of
WILLIAM UNDERWOOD. Refunds will be issued only after the LICENSEE has
contacted WILLIAM UNDERWOOD and worked with him to find a remedy. When a
refund is issued, the LICENSEE may not distribute the product and must
immediately delete all files that use this product.

To protect the LICENSEE: The LICENSEE is hereby granted a non-exclusive,
non-transferable LICENSE to use all of the CONTENT in the encapsulating
archive file. WILLIAM UNDERWOOD maintains that all of the items in the
archive are his original work, or are works or works that he has the legal
right to use. WILLIAM UNDERWOOD maintains he legally possesses the power to
grant the LICENSEE this LICENSE for all enclosed materials. The LICENSEE may
use the materials in any personal projects or commercial projects, provided
that WILLIAM UNDERWOOD's work is protected from extraction and that all of
the other restrictions described above are followed. The LICENSEE may make a
single backup copy of this archive file, for personal archival purposes only.
The LICENSEE retains this LICENSE, even if WILLIAM UNDERWOOD stops selling
this work at a later date, or decides to charge a different price.

This AGREEMENT remains in force until it is terminated. If the LICENSEE fails
to comply with the terms and conditions of the AGREEMENT, this LICENSE
automatically terminates. Upon termination the LICENSEE agrees to immediately
stop all use of the image(s), erase any saved image(s) and derivatives
thereof, destroy any published works containing these image(s) and
immediately return any original source media (e.g. CD/DVD) to the LICENSOR,
at their own cost. Upon termination of this AGREEMENT WILLIAM UNDERWOOD will
not be liable, for any refund, consequential damages, counter claim or
otherwise. 

The laws of the United States of America and the State of Kansas shall govern
this AGREEMENT.  The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the
International Sale of Goods, the application of which is expressly excluded,
will not govern this AGREEMENT. If any part of this AGREEMENT is found to be
invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the remainder of
the AGREEMENT, which shall remain valid and enforceable.
